Liquid Alkaline Detergents

CHEM DET 812: caustic detergent based on caustic alkalis , dispersants , sequestering agents and peptizers . Thanks to its content of complexing CHEMDET812 is used with water of any hardness . The product , can exert a good sanitizing effect if used at temperatures above 60 ° C .

CHEM DET 813: Caustic detergent based on caustic alkalis , dispersants , gum inhibitors and defoamers . Thanks to its content of synergized mixture of antiscalant , CHEMDET813 is used with water of any hardness . The formulation is specific to the removal of organic residues of vegetable origin . For use in all food industries , bottling and wine industry machining for the removal of tartrates and other residues resulting from such processes .

CHEM DET 817: Caustic detergent based on caustic alkalis , sequestering agents and dispersants . The formulation is specifically for use in breweries , in the wine industry , in the beverage and mineral water for washing bottles , tanks , cooking boilers , keys , filling crates .

CHEM DET 831: Caustic detergent based emulsifiers and binding agents; delete, smoke residue, oils and fats by emulsifying them, polymerized and polished, protein, blood, etc.

CHEM DET 851: is a liquid CIP product strongly caustic sequestering and dispersing based. For its special formula CHEMDET851 is able to dissolve any limescale, prevent the formation of deposits and therefore reduces considerably the descaling acid treatment.

Acidic cleaners

CHEM PIK 549: is a product based on phosphonitric acid with corrosion inhibitors and dispersants specific for the dissolution of salts and organic ones. Does not give rise to fumes.

CHEM PIK 553: product based on phosphoric acid designed for cleaning and descaling the manual or spray of all the equipments and the installations in use in the food industry . It is a mixture of inorganic acids and surfactants . The strong power wetting surfactant allows acid to act in depth rapidly dissolving fatty deposits and minerals also substantial .

CHEM PIK 554: is a liquid phosphoric acid, 90% biodegradable surfactants and corrosion inhibitors.It has a good deed by removal of fat and protein and albumin and the mineral deposits. It is suitable for spraying systems and for circulation. Fields of application of CHEMPIK554 cheese dairy in the washing of tankers, tanks, piping and molds.

Chlorine alkaline detergents

CHEM CLOR 630:alkaline liquid detergent active chlorine base, equipped with high sequestering power, particularly suitable in case of high water hardness . Its action takes place at the level of " threshold effect " , that is, to prevent the formation of scale deposits . CHEM CLOR 630 is employed to clean containers , tankers , tanks and vats used for the preparation and storage of food substances .

CHEM CLOR 631:excellent detergent based liquid caustic alkalis , dispersants , scale removers and chlorine donors explain a high power bleaching , oxidizing and an accessory sanitizing action . Particularly suitable for use in hard water due to its high antifouling and dispersing power .

CHEM CLOR 638: liquid detergent with caustic alkalis, dispersants, anti-incrusting, brighteners and chlorine donor which has a high decolorating capacity, oxidizer and a sanitizing action. It is particularly suitable for use in hard water due to its descaling and dispersing power. The high content of active chlorine makes it effective in removal of organic compounds.

CHEMCLOR741: is a liquid chlorine-alkaline phosphate, silicate and incrusting that explain a high decolorating capacity, sanitizing and oxidizing. It is also suitable for use in hard water.

CHEM CLOR 745: it is a liquid detergent chlorine - alkali -based phosphates , silicates and antifouling that perform a high bleaching , oxidizing power and sanitizing . Its special formulation allows the use on surfaces made of light alloys.

Foaming clensers

CHEM FOAM 315: is a product designed for use in meat and fish processing industry to cut salt and smoking, cooking ovens, Cookware. It is also used in milk to remove charred dairies, industries of canned vegetables for removing organic compounds sensitive to caustics.

CHEM FOAM 323: Sequestering alkaline detergent surfactant system, emulsifiers, wetting agents, sequestrants and foam stabilizers. It delete both oil and grease that protein can be used successfully also dirty with hard water.

CHEMFOAM 327 foaming alkaline detergent suitable for all equipment and surfaces. Its special formula makes it safe on all surfaces avoiding corrosion phenomena without compromising power cleaner. It can also be used with hard water.

CHEM FOAM 345: foaming cleanser descaling specific acid for the removal of inorganic residues such as limescale , the ferrous incrustations ( yellowish spots ) , etc . rich in surfactants to be particularly effective in removing emulsifying activity of the protein or organic waste in general and those of mixed residues characterized by inorganic deposits linked to organic molecules.

CHEM FOAM 347: Strong acid descaler specifically for removing inorganic residues such as mineral deposits, ferrous deposits (stains), etc. It is rich in emulsifying surfactants in activities particularly effective in removal of protein residues or organic and inorganic residues mixed ones characterized by deposits related to organic molecules.

CHEMFOAM380: Sanitizing detergent such as quaternary ammonium salts, surfactants, emulsifiers, foam stabilizers, phosphates, polymers. It can be used in all jobs requiring a manual cleansing foam accessory and disinfectant.

CHEM FOAM CL:foaming cleanser alkaline -based sequestering agents , dispersing agents , biodegradable surfactants and chlorine donors exert a high bleaching power, oxidant combined with a sanitizing action . The specific mixture of surfactants , ensures the product a high degreasing power and the formation of a stable foam . suitable for use in hard water.

Sanitizers

CHEM SAN 805: Sanitizing fast-acting , devoid of peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide based foam . It contains 5 % of peracetic acid . And active at low temperature with considerable economic advantages . Despite the residue from the product solutions are not dangerous or harmful , it is necessary to rinse before further processing , as required by current legislation.

CHEM SAN 870: is a neutral liquid product based on quaternary ammonium salts foam-controlled, active towards those microorganisms such as pollutants in the food industry such as bacteria, yeasts, molds, etc. .
