CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Data Analyst, I am responsible for maintaining below mentioned job responsibilities:

Provide information and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation and evaluation to existing operations, systems and procedures to ensure consistency in data and information across the company. Facilitate Operational Bonus Process that includes maintaining / updating bonus calculation sheets, working with Operational managers to get the Operations Bonuses finalized. Development and distribution of Operational Performance Reports daily, weekly and monthly basis with accuracy and on time. Generate, analyze and present daily/ weekly/ monthly Sales, Quality and Client service reports and design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner. Understand requirements, design formats, solve the ad-hoc requirement of management related to organizational information for critical decision-making. Prepare quality dashboard, analysis with root-cause action plans to report progress made through quality initiatives. Maintaining history of versions and ensuring regular updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for ongoing changes in process as per the requirement and automate various reports and trackers with the help of VBA Marcos. Perform any additional responsibilities that may require by the seniors in support of on-going management programs and development of the division projects.

As a Senior Analyst-MIS, I was responsible for maintaining below mentioned job responsibilities:

Prepare performance analysis report for the department and generating top list of associates, products, and vendors and participate in weekly status and monthly review meetings, follow-up with concerned departments and report overall quality level in the organization. Prepare cash flow statement, debtors outstanding report and follow-up for clearing outstanding on daily basis and automate the process through VBA. Preparing Sales Collection Reports of various Products collating various data collected from various Departments and preparing MIS. Prepare Monthly Business Reports (MBR) daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports and maintenance of Daily capacity utilization tracker for all team members. Prepare workflow MIS reports and forecasting workforce availability based on data collected and monitor implementation of MIS process and evaluate their effectiveness. Day-to-Day Analysis of MIS Reports, prepare variance analysis reports such as Forecast vs. Actual sales and so on related to various departments within the organization. Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results. Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements. Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues. Update and Manage IBM-AS400 software for updating order entry, shipping information and create item master file. Update and Manage ERP-NAV software for updating order status, inventory management, deal management, reports generation for day to day analysis of MIS Reports. Analysis / consolidate the daily time sheets of the team member to prepare employee performance analysis report. Update and manage DSR software to ensure provides it provide correct data inputs to the concerned departments for decision makings. Provide training and technical support to other user to determining system improvements, and re-designing work processes for smooth work flow. Perform any additional responsibilities that may require by the seniors in support of on-going management programs and development of the division projects.
