The POPDV App is a specialized software solution developed by Deloitte with the aim of
optimizing the process of populating the POPDV form in just a couple of simple steps.
The keeping of VAT records carries numerous challenges, which may often be time consuming,
especially after the introduction of the new POPDV form. In this regard, the POPDV App is an
independent solution that is not related to any specific accounting software, which allows you to
populate the POPDV form in just a few steps, while making only minimal adjustments of existing
records during the implementation process.
Within the implementation process, Deloitte will analyze the current situation by mapping
existing transactions, providing assistance in identifying the proper treatment of these
transactions for the purposes of populating the POPDV form and drafting the report with the
results of the analysis.

One-time fee for the implementation process, starting from EUR 1,600 net of VAT,
depending on the complexity of the specific implementation; Quarterly fee for the right to use the software solution, ranging from EUR 400 - 500
net of VAT (annually from EUR 1,600 to 2,000 net of VAT), depending on the
volume of data that the application would process for each tax period; The fee for the right to use the software solution also includes updates to the application
in accordance with regulatory changes and practice development, as well as
consultation related to populating the POPDV form; The application is accessed on-line, which means that there is no need for it to be
installed on the user's computer, therefore, all software updates are performed without
the engagement of user resources.
