Importance of PDHPE in your Childs Life

Empowers students with knowledge, skills and decision making.

Sustainable long-life, physical activity and education.

Promoting health and welfare for fulfilling lives.

How can we promote PDHPE in our classroom?

Physical education (e.g. Warm-up, Invasion, Net and Court and Invasion Games, Gross and Fine motor skills recreational sports).

Nutritional awareness (e.g. Healthy eating habits, food pyramids, ‘sometimes’ foods, growth and development).

Road safety (e.g. road signs, rules, pedestrian and car safety).

Interpersonal relationships and protection (e.g. social interactions, understanding diversity and the community, stranger danger)

But more importantly…

Learn, grow, play and have fun.
