Rental units for families and elderly who are low-income residents of the Town of Phillipsburg. Waiting list has been reduced. Non-resident elderly are given consideration. Provide Equal Opportunity Housing. Handicapped accessible. Rent is calculated at approximately 30% of income - minimum rent is $50; maximum rent is $640, including utilities.
