through taking into account:

A new organisation in Pôle Emploi = a solution?
Pôle Emploi has subcontracted through call for tenders -1-a large part ot their outplacement activities to OPP
(often the 1st or the 2nd catégories -2-),
According to recent studies achieved by assessment agencies, these private operators are rather well received by job seekers,
ButWhat are the real efficiency of this organisation?

Probably not! Why?
1- In a competitive market, the price can be considered as more important than the service
2- The tools proposed by OPP are not often adapted to the local contexts,
