VENDORS We recommend working with one of the vendors below as they are familiar with our property and carry the insurance required by Marriott. You’re welcome to work with the vendors of your choice as long as they are licensed and insured. A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) form is required for all vendors and must be provided to the Hotel at least 7 days in advance of your event. WEATHER If an outdoor event must be moved indoors due to weather, the decision will be made (4) hours before scheduled event start time. MENU TASTING
A complimentary menu tasting is included for up to (4) guests (including the bride and groom) after a contract is signed. Tastings are typically scheduled two to three months before your wedding date. Tastings take place between 2PM-4PM Monday through Friday. Please contact your Event Manager to schedule your menu tasting.
SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX
All Food & Beverage are subject to a 14.5% non-taxable service charge and 10.5% taxable administrative fee. The administrative fee is for administration of the banquet, special event or package deal. The administrative fee is not purported to be a gratuity and will not be distributed as gratuities to the employees who provide service to the guests. The service charge will be distributed as a gratuity for those who provide service to the guests. All audio-visuals, room rental/set-up and meeting room internet fees are subject to a 25% taxable administrative fee. We need your assistance in making your function a success. Please confirm your attendance at least 3 business days in advance. This will be considered your minimum guarantee and is not subject to reduction. If no guarantee is received, the original expected attendance on your Banquet Event Order will be used. Charges are predicated upon factors pertaining to the entire program. Revisions in your group counts, times, dates, or meal functions may necessitate renegotiating the charges. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
