Celebrating your wedding with us means that you have exclusive hire of all apartments (sleeping 14 in total - ideal for Bridal and Groom party).

As well as flexible arrival times we also have a variety of options for both weekend and midweek weddings. Midweek weddings run from Tuesday to Thursday.

At falstone Barns we cater for celebrations of up to 200 people or as few as 10. You get to choose and book your own marquee hire company (although we can recommend - marquee hire is at your expense).

Once again we can offer you a choice of caterers, or you can bring in your own and our bar provision will not charge corkage on wedding parties of less than 30 (Bar service is subject to a separate charge).

At Falstone Barns we have a reputation for tailor made services, so when you arrive you can enjoy our pamper service, or country pursuits activities (see our website for more - tailor made services are subject to a separate charge).

TERMS AND CONDITIONSThis set of terms and conditions forms part of the contract signed between Falstone Barns and you, the Client. No

member of staff has the authority to vary these arrangements verbally and only changes authorised in writing by the

owner.

BOOKINGS

All bookings will be treated as provisional until the first deposit is made, and the contract is signed by the client. Once

received and accepted by Falstone Barns the booking is under contract and subject to deposit requirements.

Falstone Barns reserves the right to release any provisional booking after the two week provisional period has elapsed

without notification.

Falstone Barns needs to be advised of the number of guests required 1 month before the function. Two weeks before

the event, final numbers must be given

Any variation in booking, guest numbers and/or arrangements must be confirmed to the hotel in writing.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

To confirm your booking a non refundable and non transferable deposit of £300 is due. 50% of the full balance is

required 6 months prior to the event. Final payment must be made 1 month prior to the event. All prices are inclusive of

VAT where applicable and are subject to the rate in operation at the time of the function. The organiser shall be

responsible for the payment of all the fees and royalties, which may be due in respect of the event to the Performing

Rights Society, Phonographic Performances Ltd, the Copyright Licensing Agency LTD, the Education Recording

Agency Ltd, or any other relevant, firm or organisation.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Upon acceptance and confirmation of your booking by Falstone Barns, a legally binding contract exists. If you are

forced to cancel your booking for any reason we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge. The following

cancellation charges apply:

12-7 months prior to the event - a minimum charge of 10% of the event value

6-4 months prior to the event - 25% of the event value

3-2 months prior to the event - 50% of the event vale

Under 2 months - 75% of the event value

These charges will be based on the minimum numbers agreed at the time of booking.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

Guests using the facilities of Falstone Barns must comply with all regulations concerning licensing, fire, health and

safety. Hazardous or dangerous items may not be brought into Falstone Barns without prior permission. Falstone Barns

reserves the right to approve any externally arranged entertainment, services or activities that you have booked. It is

the responsibility of the third party to provide all risk assessments and insurance for all activities conducted on site, all

must be provided on request.

Credit/Debit card details will be retained until after the event to cover any damage or breakages which may occur

during the event. Guests staying in each apartment will be liable for all property, damages and breakages.

All apartments, courtyard, car park and gardens are reserved for the exclusive use of resident guests.

On the day of the event all non-resident guests must vacate Falstone barns by 12am (Midnight).

On the day after the event there must be a designated person to be responsible for tiding up, this includes disposing of

any rubbish and recycling all glass bottles. Guests must vacate apartments by 12pm, and marquee and all other hired

equipment must be collected by 2pm.

Other than residents all other guests must arrive and depart by bus or taxi due to limited parking.

It is the responsibility of the bride/groom party to hire all services needed for the event. (Falstone Barns does not

accept any responsibility for damage or loss of this equipment).

All contractors used must have £2million public liability and copy of certificates must be produced on booking the

facility i.e. marquee

Entertainment is subject to approval of Falstone Barns.

Port a loo’s must be hired for the event.

There must be designated area’s for smoking.

Facilities of the Barns are restricted to resident guests only.
