How does it effect the environments, plants, animals, and people?• Environments• Huge impact on sea life• Homes of animals and other creatures
• Plants • Cover plants and die • Oil soaks into sand and soil it makes them suffocate and poison the living things• Effects water cycle
• Animal• Get under birds feathers• When birds try to clean themselves they suck up oil• Cover animals other animals food

How would we clean up the spills?
• Get buckets and shovel go down near the spills and wait for the oil to wash up on our shovels
Ways other people are cleaning up the oil
• Chemical Dispersants – Chemicals added to the oil to separate it into smaller pieces.
• Small organisms like bacteria in water can break down easier.
