Northwest Wisconsin Reading Council is your

local branch of the Wisconsin State Reading

Association and the International Literacy

Association. The council encompasses the

areas of Barron, Polk and Rusk Counties.

Annual Membership Fees

Regular Members: $15.00

Retired Members: $10.00

Student Teachers: Free

5 or more from a school: $10.00 each

With just a $15.00 membership fee you gain

admission to all speakers throughout the

year.

You will receive informational newsletters

throughout the year.

You will be able to network with other

teachers in Northwestern Wisconsin and

share ideas.

The Young Authors’ Festival will be available

to your students in April.

To maintain two little free libraries to

promote literacy in high poverty areas.

Help with your PDP plan.

Will address professionalism requirement for

Teacher Effectiveness Standard #4

April 8, 2017: WSRA Leadership Meeting at

Holiday Inn in Stevens Point.
