Main Dish: BEEF CHAO FAN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

Salt4 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon ginger (minced)2 medium size sweet onions (minced) cup onion leaves (minced)200g ground beef cup of green peas (cooked)3 tablespoons of carrots (minced)4 tablespoon soy sauce3 cups of cooked rice

PROCEDURE:

1. Put 2 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and heat.2. Add garlic and onions. Wait till golden brown.3. Add the beef, green peas, and carrots, stir fry for 2 minutes.4. Add the rest of the ginger and 2 tablespoon soy sauce and stir.5. Add the rice and stir. Then add the other 2 tablespoon soy sauce.6. Add the onion leaves, stir thoroughly.7. And serve hot.

Dish #2: LETTUCE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

1 large tomato1 apple (cubed)1 orange (cubed)2 handfuls of lettuce2 slices of loaf bread cup condensed milk3 tablespoons mayonnaise1 tablespoon ketchup4 grindings of sea salt teaspoon sugar

PROCEDURE:

1. Tear up the lettuce and place in a serving bowl. 2. Cut the tomato in half lengthwise, and then cut the halves using a "W" cut to create about 1-inch wedges. Add to the lettuce.3. Add the cubed apple and orange.4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and ketchup thoroughly till orange.5. Mix together the mayo and sugar. 6. In another bowl, pour in the condensed milk.7. Slice bread into 4 squares. 8. Dip bread till soaked.9. Add mayo mix to the lettuce and tomato.10. Place bread on top.11. Serve.

Dish #3: CAMOTE DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS

2 Sweet Potato (Camote) cup condensed milk cup margarine cup grated cheese

PROCEDURE:

1. Boil the Sweet Potato until soft.2. Peel the skin then place on a bowl.3. Mash sweet potato with fork finely until smooth.4. Mix in the butter, sugar and condensed milk. Mix well.5. Flatten in a plate, top with grated cheese and chilled for 30 minutes then serve.
