NSD BCS is an integrated solution designed and developed based on the best business practice, this solution concerns the small and medium enterprises in both sectors public and private, NSD BCS is a customizing system which means that, your business process and policies can be integrated and managed by the NSD BCS standard functionalities, in case where any of your business rules doesn’t managed by the standard functionalities, in this case, NSD develop and enhance NSD BCS to answer and corresponds to your requirements. NSD BCS System has high multi levels of security to limit the access of the users to the sensitive data. In additional to the above functionalities, a lot of reports and tools for each department and application. These reports have two categories: 1- A Query reports allowing the user to manage his own reports by the

management of the input parameters. 2- A standards report having large possibilities in terms of input data. NSD BCS System is interfaced with Microsoft functionalities, which allow you to send or manage your reports by WORD or Excel or PDF. Any other interfacing between NSD BCS SYSTEM and a third system can be developed directly by NSD teams

NSD System is designed and developed for various organizations, information management, analysis and power reports tools In addition to the point of sale application, NSD has several layers. The Basis System is the heart of the data operations and should be not evident to higher level or managerial users. Other customizing and implementation tools exist also. The heart of the system from a manager's viewpoint is the application modules. Restaurant Management System (RMS) NSD BCS – RMS Back Office The Back office of the NSD RMS is the whole NSD BCS system.

The RMS (Restaurant Management System) is developed based on the best business practice and business rules, it takes into consideration a preferment and high flexibility and efficiency in terms of management of the restaurant activities. From the customer calls to the delivery, from the customer reception to the customer payment and customer relationship management, the NSD RMS manages and helps you in all your business steps. It is constituted by tow integrated parties, the front office and the back office, knowing that, only the front office use access as database, both are completely integrated on the whole BCS standard applications such FI – HR – MM … The RMS is, also, considered as a new application of the NSD Business Controlling System (BCS), it deals with all business process related to the restaurant activity. In the RMS, we have created 4 user interfaces:

3. Interface for Delivery

4. Interface grouping all the above interfaces

Define Vendor: to add the full information related the Vendors.

customer) in the restaurant.

5. Stock In:

• Purchase Invoice: to create a purchase invoice and post it.

• Update/post Purchase Invoice: to update and modify the purchase invoice.

• Purchase Material Details: to preview the purchase invoices

• Receive Transfer Order: this option allows you to receive the transferred order from the warehouse to the restaurant.

6. Stock Out:

• Issue Material to Kitchen: this option allows you to issue the material from the restaurant (transferred from the warehouse) to each kitchen the restaurant.

• Update Issue material to kitchen: to update and modify the issued material from the restaurant to the kitchen.

• Material Issue Details: to preview information related the issued material from the restaurant to the kitchen.

• Destroy Material: this option allows you to destroy the material in the restaurant.

• Destroy Sales Items: this option allows you to destroy the sales item in the restaurant which undelivered for any reasons.

• Restaurant Stock Information: to get un information related of the material stock in the whole restaurant.

• Kitchen Stock Information: to get information related of material stock in each kitchen in the restaurant.

• Kitchen Wastage and Gin: to get information about the material wastage in the kitchen depending on in/out of the material to the kitchen.

• Kitchen Stock Adjustment: to modify the stock of the material after cleaning process.

• Kitchen Adjustment Quantity History: to get information about the material which adjust the quantity?

9. Accounts:

• Petty Cash Transaction: the option allows you to create petty cash vouchers (Issue or Receive).

• JL Journal General: to preview full information related on the finance movement for chosen accounts.

10. Production:

Calculate selling price: This functionality allow use the calculate the cost of your items (menus) taking into consideration all additional costs.

Based on the Elements cost, the NSD RMS allows you to define your selling price and your margin.

• Sales by hours: this option shows you the selling percentage as a graphic diagram hourly

• Sales by day: this option shows you the selling percentage as a graphic diagram daily.
