AXONE sizer is a compact sizing and grading machine for long fruit and vegetables such as aubergines, courgettes, bell peppers, celery, carrots, conference pears, etc..
AXONE: speed.-Axone is an asynchone conveyor which offers high speed han-dling of products & simplified sorting operations.
The AXONE sizer is composed by a V beltprealigner which sepa-rates and singulates the product before it enters under the cameras.The optical sorter AXONESCAN detects colour, size, shape and aspect defects.Depending on the result of the image analysis done by AXONE-SCAN, Orphea programme assigns the product to the dedicated outlet.
AXONE: soft handling.
The main conveyor carries the product along its whole length using tipping fingers, and distributes it to a dedicated outlet at a high speed and without any shock, either into a rotating brush, a water, or onto a belt.

The AXONE sizer has been designed for the sizing of long fruit and vegetables such as aubergines, courgettes, bell peppers, celery, carrots, conference pears, etc..

AXONESCAN, designed by our engineers, is a smart optical grading system for long fruit and vegetables and can be fitted on the AXONE grader.
AXONESCAN improves considerably the quality, the reliability and the homogenization of the graded and packed products.
The AXONE grader linked to AXONESCAN optical grading system answers to the high quality demand imposed by the supermarkets.
AXONESCAN gives precise information on the diameter, length, colour, shape and quality of the product. IT detects:- Size (lenght, diameter, optical weight)- Color (red carrot, yellow carrot, green head, red head)- Shape ( curved, forked, unregular, broken)- Appearance ( moulded, marked, cracked)
AXONESCAN composed of 2 numeric colour and infra red cameras per lane, allows the visualization from 2 different angles and see more than the half of the area of the product This concept is totally modular in order to reach the requested tonnage.This system can be linked to a traceability software which allows to use a lot of information implicitly present for the analysis and the improvement of the process.
