Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) Regional ITS Architecture Update Stakeholder ITS Capability Survey NOACA is currently conducting an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) study for the five-county region (Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Lake and Geauga) to update the Regional ITS Architecture and develop an ITS Strategic Plan for the region. As a key transportation stakeholder in the region, NOACA is seeking to gather input from you or the most appropriate member of your staff, concerning the ITS capabilities of your agency and the ITS technologies that your agency currently operates and / or plans to deploy in the next five years. This information will help NOACA in updating the Regional ITS Architecture for the region which was last updated in 2010. Since that time, the pace of integration of technology with transportation systems has accelerated, presenting a future full of opportunities for the region. NOACA has contracted with AECOM to update the Regional ITS Architecture and Strategic Plan for the region. Brian Blayney is the NOACA Project Manager for this effort, and Ming-Shiun Lee is the AECOM project manager. Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA)Regional ITS Architecture UpdateStakeholder ITS Capability Survey

NOACA is currently conducting an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) study for the five-county region (Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Lake and Geauga) to update the Regional ITS Architecture and develop an ITS Strategic Plan for the region.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact either Brian Blayney by phone at (216) 241-2414 x302 or by email at [email protected], or Ming-Shiun Lee by phone at (612) 376-2048 or by email at [email protected].

There are a few ways in which your agency can complete the attached survey for NOACA:

1. Use a Microsoft Word program on your computer to complete the survey questions and send an electronic version of your responses via email to [email protected].

2. Print the survey to answer the questions by hand and send a scanned version of your responses via email to [email protected] or via fax to (800) 825-7433.

NOACA requests your responses to the survey no later than Friday, October 12, 2018. Thank you in advance for your time and cooperation in this important part of our project process.
