NOACA is currently conducting an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) study for the five-county region (Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Lake and Geauga) to update the Regional ITS Architecture and develop an ITS Strategic Plan for the region.

As a key transportation stakeholder in the region, NOACA is seeking to gather input from you or the most appropriate member of your staff, concerning the ITS capabilities of your agency and the ITS technologies that your agency currently operates and / or plans to deploy in the next five years. This information will help NOACA in updating the Regional ITS Architecture for the region which was last updated in 2010. Since that time, the pace of integration of technology with transportation systems has accelerated, presenting a future full of opportunities for the region.

NOACA has contracted with AECOM to update the Regional ITS Architecture and Strategic Plan for the region.
