TT Rockstar Dress up day

Thursday 3rd of October saw all the school dress up as a rockstars and have a fabulous time practicing our times tables with our adults and carers. We even taught adults some new techniques. The school website has a video sharing our day.

Year 6 Crucial Crew

Year 6 visited the Crucial Crew team at Hellaby on Friday 4th October to learn about how to stay safe online, in the community and at home as well as other basic safety skills in preparation for their transition to Wingfield.

Hello Yellow DayYesterday children and staff wore something yellow for the day in support of ‘Young Minds’. This charity helps children and young people with their mental health. Thank you to the parents/carers who attended the workshop ‘Supporting your Child with Worries and Anxiety’. If you missed this workshop then another one is being planned in the future.Please see our website for a video of the day.

Junior Librarian and Ground Force TeamAfter completing their applications and a lot of hard work our Junior Librarians have received their workbooks. They are ready to start in role next week when their new Junior Librarian lanyards will be ready to wear. The Ground Force team were also presented with their Ground Force high vis jackets and their workbook before engaging in their jobs. They all seem very keen and are taking the role seriously!
