The new 86/BRZ have good balance in both environmental and power efficiency. And HKS developed catalyzer and exhaust manifold package to bring out the potential capability of these automobiles. Here are the 3 package lines for 86 and BRZ. 1. GT-SPEC: High performance by exchanging

the stock parts, for a reasonable price.2. R-SPEC: Lowest pressure system.3. SUPER EXHAUST SYSTEM: A package of

the “R-SPEC” and super light-weight “Hi-Power SPEC-L”.

① We used metal support catalyzer for coexistence of both exhaust gas cleaning efficiency and exhaust performance efficiency. (This product has the certificate of exhaust test.)

② We have designed the layout not only for the power and torque, but also for great sound.③ Maybe for newbie tuner, replacing the exhaust manifold or metal catalyzer seems not easy, but once you change them,

GT-SPEC is a racing specification low exhaust pressure package.

The ultimate exhaust system

① HKS changed the first catalyzer straight for a lower exhaust pressure. ② Like GT-SPEC, HKS has designed the layout to 4-2-1 type for the efficient exhaust flow and good sound.③ We used metal support catalyzer at the 2nd catalyzer for coexistence of both exhaust gas cleaning efficiency and

exhaust performance efficiency. (This product has the certificate of exhaust test.)④ This package is for the people who want to drive at circuit. It has even 30% less exhaust pressure than the GT-SPEC.

＊ For only 6MT＊This product is compatible for 2010 noise regulation only used with normal muffler.

① The exhaust system is a package of the low exhaust pressure design of SUPER MANIFOLD R-SPEC with a light-weight muffler Hi-Power SPEC-L.

② We are in the testing for safety regulation, so this product will be compliant for 2010 noise regulation and will get the certificate for exhaust test.

③ With a total tuning of exhaust system will give you 10ps more power at the top-end. It will be even more efficient if you set with new Flash Editor.

④ By replacing with HKS SUPER Exhaust System, it will have 35%(11.7kg) less weight than the stock weight. This will provide better performance for 86 or BRZ driving.

【About Data (for NA)】・PHASE1 ： We have improved drivability by refining the usage of both muffler (Hi-Power SPEC-L /

LEGAMAX Premium) and air cleaner (RACING SUCION RELOADED / Premium Suction / SUPER HYBRID FILTER) together. It also disables the speed limiter.

・PHASE2 ： Refined the data for installation of muffler and air cleaner with exhaust manifold + metal catalyzer (SUPER MANIFOLD with CATALYZER).By using with Super Manifold, the drop of toque around 4000rpm has improved which let you have a better driving performance.＊The data cannot be used with stock exhaust manifold and catalyzer.

【NOTE】・It can’t be used with VAC. Please take off the VAC when you are using the Flash Editor.・Depending on the driving condition, might need to upgrade the spark plug for higher heating.・It’s essential to have exhaust manifold and metal catalyzer installed for PHASE 2 data.

About compliance of Muffler for TANTO CUSTOM (DBA-L375S), TANTO EXE/ TANTO EXE CUSTOM (DBA-L455S), MIRA COCOA (DBA-L675S), MOVE CONTE CUSTOM (DBA-L575S).

S type general oil cooler kit (15002-AK005、006、008) can’t be used with GT Supercharger Pro Kit (12001-AH006) for S2000 (AP1/AP2), because the layout of the suction pipe go through next to engine oil filter. Please use the R type (15002-AK001、002、004) when using with general oil cooler kit. We recommend using the HKS Hybrid Sport Oil Filter which has a clearance even if you are not using the general oil cooler kit, it could interfere with suction pipe depending on the type of the oil filter.

We have confirmed the COOL STYLE (31028-AD003) is installable for the MOVE [Custom RS]（DBA-LA100S/KF(TURBO) 12/12～）.

For a long time HKS made the sequential transmission by the BTO, but no longer we are able to make this product. We are very sorry and we hope for your understanding this discontinue. Thank you.

In 16 years ago , SUPER AUTOBACS TOKYO BAY SHINONOME opened as the flagship store of the Autobacs group. We changed our demo car from “BR9 LEGACY” to

“BRZ” last April. We made a BRZ project team with 8 of our staff and we are doing tie-up with SANEI-SYOBO for “HIPER REV” magazine.Our demo car concept is the “fastest in the public street”. We want to make an appeal that our car is the fastest with the number plate on it and total vehicle inspection compatible. The volume seller like us has a big range of customers and they are not or very little interested in automobile tuning, they are not like the Pro-shop customers. And we want to approach this kind of people to have more interest in tuning.Another objective is to have a total package of the demo car production. Our staff have operated everything from the purchasing the car to installation of the after parts, ECU data development and test drive. Of course the driver is not a professional, but he is determined full-time driver. Because of this total in-house development procedure, we can share the information within the company and can feedback the information to the customers faster and effectively. We have been preparing and tuning the NA for a year and with the new coloring, we presented our new domo car at Hyper Meeting last 7th of April. Our next step is to tune the Supercharger, of course it’s going to be compatible for vehicle inspection.
