2. A copy of the applicant’s letter to the P.E.O. chapter requesting sponsorship

3. Letters of recommendation on official letterhead (no email) from:

- Sponsoring P.E.O. chapter

- Faculty member from your high school

- School Administrator

- Member of the Clergy or Community

4. High School Transcript

5. Resume listing your GPA and ACT, or SAT score, school and community activities and any honors

received.

6. A statement outlining your intended major and career plans. Please address how you feel Cottey

will assist you in attaining these goals.
