Choose “Cook Memorial Library District”

Enter your library card number, from the back of yourlibrary card and tap the “Sign In” button on the page

This will allow you to see all titles available to you as a Cook Memorial Public Library District cardholder.

To find titles that interest you, browse the categories:

Search for specific titles/authorsOn a tablet, enter keywords in the text box near the upper right corner.

On a smartphone, tap to make the text box appear.

Finding and Borrowing eBooks and Audiobooks

Returning eBooks and Audiobooks EarlyIn the Bookshelf view

Press and hold the cover ofthe title you want to return

Choose to remove the item from your library card and device.

Selecting a format

For eBooks, select EPUB eBook then tap on “Confirm & Download.” The title will begin downloading.

Once the download is complete, tap menu , then .

Tap the cover to begin reading.

For audiobooks, the format is mp3, which is supported by both iOS and Android devices. The title will begin downloading once you select the “Download” button; the duration depends on your connection. Once the download is complete, tap the cover in to begin listening. Controls will appear on your screen.

When you find an item you want to check out:

Tap the cover.

If you see a button, tap it and enter your email address on the landing page; you’ll be notified by email when the title is available for checkout.

If you see a button, tap it and you’ll be directed to the Bookshelf page.

Tap “Download” and select a format.
