• Responsible for overseeing the food program at sites

• Additional CACFP requirements in GM5

Monitoring• Pre-Operational Visits• Monitoring Reviews

• Completed by Monitors– Recommended they do not work at the site

being reviewed– Preferably the same person monitoring all

sites – Monitoring staff must receive training on

CACFP requirements annually
