4 Year old swimming lessons Beginners swimming lessons for 4 year olds only

Wave 1 swimming lessons Swimming lessons for children 5 years old plus, at wave 1 standard.

Wave 2 swimming lessons Swimming lessons for children 5 years old plus, at wave 2 standard.

Wave 3 swimming lessons Swimming lessons for children 5 years old plus, at wave 3 standard.

Wave 4, 5 & 6 swimming lessons

Swimming lessons for children 5 years old plus, at wave 4, 5 & 6 standards.

Swim LinkSwimmers who have completed wave 6 and look to improve technique to a higher standard over longer distances

Waterpolointroduction to water polo skills including correct swimming, throwing, catching and shooting practices. Must be wave 5 standard or above.

KayakingBeginners kayaking skills including correct paddling, turning and capsizing practices. Must be wave 5 standard or above.

SnorkellingBeginners snorkelling skills including correct swimming and breathing practices. Must be wave 5 standard or above.

Pool inflatable Fun pool session for children 8 years old plus

Rookies Introduction to rookie lifesaving skills. Must be wave 5 standard or above.
