What impact has the project had on your students?

Students are motivated to see their work published onlineIn the future I would like them to see how they can communicate with speakers of other languages.

Has the project enhanced the learning process?

Yes, some children have gained confidence while using online tools and they feel a sense of pride at having an audience.

What impact has the project had on the teaching process?

This type of project allows for a more task-based approach.A long-term project also allows for more recycling of vocabulary and structures.

The project enables a more personalised approach to language teaching. It allows learners to express their ideas and compare and exchange with other learners across the globe.

What message would you like to convey to your colleagues?

I would like to stress the importance of having learners communicate with others using the target language. Real communication is extremely valuable and motivating.

I would like to ask all of you to share this project and take part if suitable for your context.

Together we can have lots of fun!Links:Food around the WorldSkype in the Classroom
