AquaFlex rods are put through strict quality control procedures in order to set the standardin water well sucker rod design and performance. For over 15 years, AquaFlex has been the brand leader in the industry due to the production of only the finest rods using the most efficient assembly processes.

Every component from one end of the rod tothe other is checked during the manufacturing process to ensure that each one meets orexceeds the required specifications, and won’tfail while operating once inside the pumping system. A fully assembled rod should be able to withstand operating loads far above what the field requires. A complete 3/4” AquaFlex rod is capable of holding 40,000 pounds of dead pull; and a complete 5/8’’ AquaFlex rod is capable ofholding 20,000 pounds of dead pull,bothwithout failure to the rod body or couplings. Therod guides themselves are capable of holding aminimum of 3,500 pounds of pressure in both directions before position release occurs.

Each rod is factory pre-tested to a minimum:

-7,500 lbs. of dead pull for 5/8’’ rods and -10,000 lbs. of dead pull for 3/4’’ rods

Assembled rods are always given a thoroughvisual inspection throughout the assembly procedure, and once more before they are securely fastened into easy to transport bundles.Always look for the AquaFlex tag labeling the rod bundles as a sign of the genuine product.
