Oswego East Involvement

Expectations of Students

• Communicate concerns with me immediately and directly • Be prompt to and prepared for class consistently • Participate in class discussions and activities • Utilize all resources

Typically the work assigned to students do at night will be taking notes from the textbook and completing 3-5 example problems.

Daily Blog

A blog post for each section will be provided through my website for students to discuss questions they have from notes they’ve taken, problems they’ve worked on in class, or questions from skills checks or quizzes they’ve taken. It is strongly encouraged for students to use this resource.

Help for Students

• I am available before school as early as 6:45 (except Mondays and Fridays) to help students who have questions about a lesson they may have missed, problems from an assignment they can’t complete, and corrections they want to make to problems from assessments.

• After school tutoring through the math department will in the next few weeks. It will be on Tuesdays/Thursday after school from 2:30 to 3:30. An activity bus will be provided for students who require transportation.
