W estrock,. Northwest, LLC Newberg Mill did not operate in 2017. We did operate the wastewater treatement system and discharge storm water during 2017.

Westrock did not operate any of the boilers in 2017 and so we have nothing to report under permit conditions 102 and 103.

We are submitting the emission fee report,_the annual emission inventory report, a summary of excess emission events, and the second semi-annual compliance certification. in accordance with permit conditions 106.

For calendar year 2017, the emission rate of greenhouse gases was less than 2,500 metric tons so no registering and reporting was done.

In accordance with condition 109, we have included a Form AP101M as our certification by a responsible official.
