Stress and anxiety are considered
inevitable in our high-wired, fast-paced,
multi-tasking life where we rigorously
strive to make ourselves more and more
productive, effective, and efficient and
in charge of situations.
In “Managing Work Stress through Inner
Poise”, SAFIM tries to provide insights
into identifying the underlying causes of
stress and anxiety as well as guidelines
to help empower the participants to
overcome these.
SAFIM’s route to mastering the triggers
as well as the state of stress is through
establishing a sustained status of
dynamic peace in the mind and
positive equanimity in the emotions.
Overview
The programme will lead the
participants:
towards an awareness of various
aspects of stress – both on the
outer and on the inner levels
to be inspired to build up an
inner positivity and an all-
pervasive peace to overcome
stress
to eliminate stress gradually from
their work and life with a small
step towards better effectiveness
and profounder happiness in
both work and life

theme of the programme.

triggers, impacts and true
meaning
1. Transforming Challenges to
Opportunities – developing and
sustaining a positive outlook
3. Tools for building inner poise
– step-back, peace
Programme Theme
Duration of the workshop which is run as a combination of theory and
experience, using interactions, reflections, guided imagery and audio visual
tools.
