POISE ASSEMBLY GUIDE
STEP 1 ALIGN THE SOCKETS

Use a spirit leveler to level the sockets. Adjust the gliders until level is correct.

Two types of wire-brackets are used to connect the socket with T-modules. For mounting this first layer of wire brackets on the socket, turn brackets to a 90 degree angle.

Use M4x10 screws for
mounting the wire brackets

STEP 6MOUNTING A T-MODULE
For each further connection, the wires should be as illustrated here. For each end, the wires should be as illustrated.
For mounting this first layer of wire bracketson the socket, turn brackets to a 900 angle.
Place the T-Module in the grove in the socket. Make sure the wire is in the slot on the T-Module. Continue the layer.

STEP 7FIX THE T-MODULEFasten the M6x30 screws on both sides of the socket.
STEP 8 WHEN APPLICABLEMOUNTING A CORNER TO T-MODULESPlace the corner module loosely on top of the wires. Make sure the wires are in the slots on the corner module.

Place steering pins between T-modules. Make sure that they are connected to both T-modules for maximum stability. For each further layer of T-modules, place steering pins in the same way.

The screw holes on the wire brackets should always be aligned when connecting T-modules (see below).
Mount the wires and turn the brackets to the right position, if they do not align.
Use M4x6 screws for
mounting the wire brackets
For each further connection, choose wires as illustrated. For each end, use the wires as illustrated.
Start mounting the wires that does not connect to a new T-Module. This will stabilize the corner plate.

Place the T-Module in the groove of the T-Module below.
Fasten M6x30 screws on both sides of the module.

Mount steering pins between every T-Module.Make sure that it is connected to both T-Modules.
NOTE: By use of wall securing see Accessories and wall securing before continuing Step 16.
Repeat mounting of T-modules until the desired height, shape and width of your product.

STEP 17TOP MODULE FINISH
End the shelving system by adding the top finish. For each connection, use round part as illustrated. At start and end of shelf, use semi-round part.

STABILIZING CROSSPLACEMENTThe stabilizing cross should always be fixed into the socket. Unscrew the 4 screws on the shelving system.
Make a cross with the two steel wires and mount the cross bracket as illustrated.
To stabilize the wire place this bracket where the two wires cross.
You can adjust the placement of the bracket on the wire later. This will ensure the best fit on the shelving system.

Do not tighten
the screws at this point. The
brackets should be able to
turn.
STABILIZING CROSSEND BRACKETS ASSEMBLYMount the end brackets as illustrated. Mount this in both ends. Place it half into the thread.
You can adjust the placement of the bracket on the wire later. This will ensure the best fit on the shelving system.
STABILIZING CROSSFASTENING TO TOP OF SHELVING SYSTEMPlace the cross onto the shelving system as illustrated. Start attaching to the top.
Use the screw M6x50. Do not tighten the screws at this point.

STABILIZING CROSSADJUSTMENTIf the cross does not fit the holes on the shelf, you need to adjust the bracket on the steel wire.
Turn it one or the other direction until perfect fit is obtained.
STABILIZING CROSSFINISHING TOUCHESAdjust the cross bracket towards the center. Afterwards, tighten all screws.

Unscrew the 4 screws on the shelving system.
Choose the screws, that fit the banner size. Not neccessarily in the top and the socket.
Mount the brackets as illustrated. The bracket on the top should be pointing upwards. Use the M6x70 screw.

BANNERPLACEMENTGlide the steel tubes into the banner pole pockets.
Rest the top steel tube on the top brackets.
Press down the banner to fit the brackets at the bottom.
The bracket in the bottom should be pointing downwards. Use the M6x70 screw.

WALL SECURING INTRODUCTION
WALL SECURING PLACEMENT
When using wall securing it is recommended to place it high, from no. 4 T-module and up, and in each side of the shelving system. If the system is lower than 4 T-modules high, place the securing as high as possible.
It is recommended to place a wall securing as follows:
When you come to the layer where to place the wall securing, you go though Step 11-15 for this layer.
Point out the places to place the wall securing.
Unscrew the M6x30 screw half way out.
WALL SECURING MARKING
WALL SECURING MOUNTING THE ADAPTERRemove the T-Module where the wall securing is to be mounted.
Drill holes where the marks are and mount the adapter piece.
Place the POISE shelving system against the wall. Make sure the screws that are half way out, can touch the wall.
Add pressure on the POISE shelving system on places where the screws are half way out. The screw should leave a visible mark.

Mount the T-Modules again. For the places for wall securing, mount the wall securing with the M6x50 (or M6x100 for extended version*).
NOTE: Before continuing the Step 16 & 17, make sure the wall securing fits the adapter in the wall.
Continue to Step 16 & 17
After Step 17, You place the POISE shelving system onto the adapter in the wall. Fix the Wall Securing to the POISE by tighten the screws on the wall securing.
CEILING SECURING INTRODUCTION
CEILING SECURING PLACEMENTPlace the POISE shelving system in the room and point out the places for ceiling securing.
When use of ceiling securing you need 110 cm or less to the ceiling. It is recommended to place this in each side of the shelving system. Please note, that ceiling securing does not replace a stabalizing cross. It is recommended to place a ceiling securing as follows:

CEILING SECURING PLACEMENT
CEILING SECURING MOUNTING THE ADAPTER
Make a mark in the ceiling. Make a string with a lot/pendulum.
Place it in the ceiling just above the top bracket, so that the lot points straight down into the thread on the bracket.
Make a mark in ceiling where to drill.
Drill a hole and mount the adapter piece in the ceiling.

A: Mount the brackets onto the wire.
Cut down the length of the wire to the length measured between the adapter and the surface of the bracket.
NOTE: Measure from the threaded end, and shorten the wire.

C: Move and align the bracket on the wire towards the bracket in the ceiling. Tighten all screws. Last screw to be tighten is the horizontal screw.
