Built with high-grade GB-300 Meehenite casting, the machine base is 2x the table length to provide fully supported end-to-end table travel on double-V ways for maximum stability and precision.

Automatic Surface Grinders provide enhanced productivity with intuitive, easy-to-use operator controls. Available with working table capacities from 8” x 12”, 2-axes automatics to large 34” x 128” with 3-axis column traveling models and NC controls, there are a full range of surface grinders including saddle-type, column traveling and double-column models.

Manual hand feed surface grinders are available with a working capacity of 6” x 18” to 10” x 20”. Table ways use hardened steel linear rails with precision balls for smooth and e�ortless hand feed. �ese reliable machines are low maintenance and easy to operate.

A mirror surface can be accomplished on these super precision surface grinders. All castings are made of high grade Meehanite® cast iron that is stress relieved through annealing to eliminate internal stress, with sti�ness and stability of the castings. �e machine is suitable for both precision surface grinding and form grinding.
