Phase *: Pro$ect Preparation The primary focus of Phase * is getting the pro$ect started# identifying
team mem!ers and developing a highlevel plan.
Phase +: ,usiness ,lueprint The primary focus of Phase + is to understand the !usiness goals of the
enterprise and to determine the !usiness re"uirements needed to support these goals.
Phase -: Realiation The purpose of this phase is to implement all the !usiness and process
re"uirements identified in the ,usiness ,lueprint. 8ou configure the system step!ystep in the work
packages ,aseline and 9inal Configuration.
Phase /: 9inal Preparation The purpose of this phase is to complete testing# enduser training#
system management and cutover activities. Critical open issues are resolved. 4hen you have
