This auction is held to benefit the Livestock Marketing Association’s Political Action Committee (PAC). The PAC allows Livestock Marketing Association to give financial assistance to legislators and candidates who are supportive of the best interest of LMA members and the livestock industry.

According to the Federal PAC Regulations, only personal checks from U.S. citizens may be accepted as payment for these items. Your PAC contribution is not tax deductible.

Federal PAC regulations limit donations to $5,000 per individual. Items selling above this amount may be split between multiple individuals. For example an individual could donate $5,000 and another individual (spouse, business partner, friend, etc.) another $5,000 for a $10,000 item.

2. NFR Trip Take that well-deserved break and head to Vegas for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo. Package includes prime tickets for two people for two performances at the 2019 NFR donated by Bobby Smith of Fairview Sale Barn, Fairview, Oklahoma, and three nights’ hotel accommodations in Las Vegas sponsored by the markets of the Oklahoma Livestock Marketing Association. Tickets are for either the December 10th and 11th performances for the December 11th and 12th performances, and are prime front row balcony seats with no obstacles blocking the rodeo action. Hotel accommodations will be at The Signature at MGM Grand, a leading Las Vegas Strip hotel. Buyer may choose hotel stay date preferences for three nights sur¬rounding the performances. Buyer will be responsible for their own airfare and ground transportation to hotel, but LMA can help coordinate.

Package includes two reserved seats at teh Kentucky Derby race, a $500 Visa gift card for travel and two nights hotel accommodations. Additionally, for a $1,000 add-on, buyer can receive two reserved seats for the Oaks race on Friday and one additional night stay. Package donated by Jay Romine, Brian Little and Jon Schaben.

Buyer will receive four prime tickets to a Kansas City Royals home game and a $250 gift certificate to mouthwatering steakhouse 801 Chophouse. Baseball tickets are for home game of choice to be coordinated with LMA. Package includes two nights’ hotel accommodations in the Kansas City area of their choosing, either the Country Club Plaza shopping district or the Power & Light District, KC’s entertainment hotspot, in addition to baseball tickets. Ground / Air transportation is not included but LMA will assist you in making any arrangements needed.

The all-access passes are provided by NASCAR driver Clint Bowyer, and buyers will get to meet Clint and his team in the pits before the race, and view the race from center field. Hunters will have the opportunity to kill caught hogs with a knife if they wish, no guns are permitted on this hunt for safety of the dogs. Buyer will be included on all Fly In activities, which will include a tour, meetings with legislative and regulatory officials, a steak dinner with fellow participants and more. The Spring 2020 Fly In dates will be announced following the Congressional schedule being released.
