Directions:From Manville, travel 13 miles south on State Highway 270 to Jirah Rd. Turn right and go west 2.3 miles to the fork of Jirah Road

and South Jirah Rd. Stay on South Jirah Rd and onto Little Flattop and go west 2.2 miles to the turn into the ranch. Turn right and travel ½ mile

north to the sale site. From Hartville, Take State Highway 270 north and go 22 miles to Jirah Rd.Watch for the signs. Auctioneer’s Note: The ranch has sold and The Hughes’ need to disperse the equipment and personal belongings. The equipment including

the haying equipment have always been in the shed and the haying equipment has had light use for the last few years. There will not be an

extensive offering of smaller items so plan to be on time. Sale day announcements will take precedence over all announcements either

written or implied. Lunch will be available at the sale site. Not responsible for accidents. Terms & conditions will include cash,

good check, or credit card. Proof of secured funds is required on all purchases exceeding $10,000. All items must be removed
