    May 6, 2014: Livingston arrested in Hyderabad,

    India.

    March 25, 2015: Livingstons false ID trial

    begins in Hyderabad.

    May 8, 2015: Final arguments in India trial held.

    May 20, 2015: Livingston found guilty of failing

    to register as a foreigner. Sentenced to 1 year

    with credit for time served. Fined 3,000 Rupees.

    Judgment states that he should not be released

    and should be transferred to New Dehli for

    extradition.

    June 7, 2015: Livingston transferred via train

    from Hyderabad to New Dehli to await final

    extradition order.
