Padre Island.
Oct. 18, 2005: Livingston arrested for murder.
Feb. 13, 2007: Livingston pleads guilty and
sentenced to 23 years in prison. Judge gives
him 60 days to get his affairs in order.
April 14, 2007: Livingston to commence is
sentence but never appears.
April 18, 2007: Livingston charged with Escape
and a second warrant is issued for his arrest.
Dec. 18, 2007-Jan. 1, 2013: No activity. Arrest
goes cold.
Jan. 1, 2013: Livingston arrest prioritized.
Search renewed via improved relationships will
federal agencies (U.S. Marshals, FBI), social
media and local/state media.
May 6, 2014: Livingston arrested in Hyderabad,
India.
March 25, 2015: Livingstons false ID trial
begins in Hyderabad.
May 8, 2015: Final arguments in India trial held.
May 20, 2015: Livingston found guilty of failing
to register as a foreigner. Sentenced to 1 year
with credit for time served. Fined 3,000 Rupees.
Judgment states that he should not be released
and should be transferred to New Dehli for
extradition.
June 7, 2015: Livingston transferred via train
from Hyderabad to New Dehli to await final
extradition order.
