Stage Management

Philosophy

A Stage Manager is a balance point where

the best interests of the actors must be

upheld, as well as the best interests of the

shows as a whole.

A Stage Manager has to be able to be

stubborn enough hold fast to policies, and

humble enough to recognizing that those

policies are not working.
