Adelman" <[email protected]> Avi Abelman I wish to thank you for taking the Ɵme to send an email checking on the health and welfare of our ocer. The concern you showed at the scene for our brother while he was in distress was most appreciated by all the ocers. We, also, appreciate the amount of respect you gave all the ocers at the scene so as not to interfere, thus allowing them to concentrate their best possible eorts into saving the life of their brother. We understand your First Amendment right as a Cop Blocker to take pictures of police incidents. However, this was a dire family situaƟon as members of our family in blue were desperately trying to save one of their brothers. We understand you would never let the greed of geƫng the “money shot” interfere with these brothers and sisters trying to save a family member. Again, I thank you for keeping the health and welfare of our ocer in your thoughts. For your personal informaƟon, the ocer died mulƟple Ɵmes and was subsequently resuscitated by the extraordinary medical staat Baylor Hospital. In addiƟon, the ocers at the scene and the paramedics that arrived were very instrumental in saving our brother’s life. Thankfully, the ocer is now recovering due to the life-saving acƟons of his brothers/sisters in blue at the scene and the medical experts at the hospital. Respecƞully yours, Ron Pinkston On Wednesday, April 8, 2015 11:57 AM, Avi S. DESCRIPTION

The DPA is not happy that I attempted to photograph an officer down incident in my neighborhood late last month.A few weeks ago, the writer of this email called to rip my a new anal canal ("You disobeyed orders to stop taking pictures. You did not leave the scene as you were ordered. What will his family think when they see those photos?")In reply to my filing a formal complaint with DPD's Internal Affairs Division, he sent this very tongue in cheek thank you note.I will let you decide which cheek the tongue was stuck in.
