When the environment feels competitive, we often will automatically play WIN-LOSE. (And we just finished talking about WIN-WIN ). Because many of us over the years have been taught WIN-LOSE, it is easy to fall back into a learned behavior when the situation feels competitive. Remember our SEE-DO-GET model? Our PARADIGMS govern our behavior.
