Qualitative Research Shows:Class members enjoy activities throughout the semester creating bonds with other classmates.

Class members not only have fun doing the activities, but demonstrate qualities of an effective leader.

Observing the beginning of the semester, students were unfamiliar and timid with other classmates. As the semester went on students became closer as a whole and effective communication increased.

Main concern was communication & time

Solution: Skype group chat

Another main concern was the lack of participation by some members in the group.

Solution: Communication was finally reached between participants and leaders

Human Knot Standing in a circle, group members reach across and shake hands - use hand connecting to a different person. The group then tries to unravel the "human knot" by unthreading their bodies without letting go of each other people's hands.
