The winners were Mara Harrison, Bronwen Sutton, Mary Chaikowsky, Kathy Herties, and Lois MacLean. Jean Sherwin noted her explanation about the 200th Anniversary Quilt under her President’s Message in the news-letter and asked that if anyone had further questions to let her know and she would try to find out the answers. She pointed out that a List of Executive Members for 2014-2015 is posted on the wall for people to see. Jean distributed name tags to Kathy Herties, Jennifer Hamilton, and Molly Hartin. Jean advised that in Carol Darou’s absence, Carole Armstrong will accept items for the Christmas Sale. In Cathy Price’s absence, Jean advised that Cathy will give out instructions in May on how to assemble the Block of the Month quilt. Dates for the Fall Retreat are October 15-17, and Beverley Davidge is organizing it.
