Print Label Setup

Instructions for Printing Labels

1. On the Edit Products page, create the list of labels to print2. Fill in the information to the right to set up the labelformat 3. Modify the printer settings by selecting File, Page Setup:

Note: Maximum printed barcode length is 20 characters

The following Page Setup settings must be configured. PageSetup can be accesed by clicking File - Page Setup.

Paper orientation must be 'Landscape' for Label Printersand Portrait for printing Label SheetsSet the Header and Footer to "blank" or "empty"To print Page Numbers, select 'Page Numbers' in theheader and footer section of the Page Setup windowSet all the margins to 5mm or 0.1 inches (Pleasecheck the units)

4. Click on 'Print Preview' to show the labels to be printed 5. Print the labels

Info (966): Select a choice from the dropdown to choose thesubset of items for which to print labels.

Note that if you have previously viewed the main page for aparticular list type, such as Inventory or Work Orders, then achoice labeled -filter- will appear in the list. This choice will allowyou print labels for the specific subset of items as defined in yourlast search

Note that only the items displayed on the screen will be printedyou may need to adjust the page size parameter to increase thenumber of items displayed.
