Schedule

During a week you have 2 lessons of PE. When you are timetabled to have PE, please access one of the following videos and follow the instructions during the video.

There are also some additional tasks for you to complete around mindset, health and well being.

Theory Tasks

Task 1 – Healthy Recipe

A healthy balanced diet consists of Carbohydrates, Protein and Fats. Select an ingredient from each category and cook a healthy meal for

you and your family.

Make note of the ingredients you use and the cooking method and email the recipe and a photo to your PE teacher.

Task 2 – Promoting Sport

Choose one of the problems below and design a poster or a campaign to solve one of the following issues:

1. Promoting Disability Sport

2. Improving girls’ participation in Sport

3. Increasing general participation in Sport.

This can be done as a PowerPoint, a Poster or a document planning a campaign that you will run to try and solve the issue.

Please send your work to your PE Teacher when you have completed it.

Task 3 – Design an App

Create a Poster advertising an App that you will create for the benefit of an athlete, coach or a sport.

Think about how the app would benefit the athlete, coach or sport.

On the Poster include:
