DEAR MEMBERS AND GUESTS:2014 was a very big year for your family at the Kroc Center. While we have only been open for a little over 2 years, we have been working in the community for 6 years. This past summer, the 6th grade class that we met 6 years ago as young kids, graduated from High School and headed off to college. Most of the kids who participated in the pre-Kroc programs are now in college pursuing degrees that will one day bring them back to our community as leaders! The success of these young people is an example of what the Kroc Center wants to do for all of the kids in our community. A chance to belong and a hope for a brighter future.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

2015 is a great opportunity for you to join the Kroc Center and belong to a family that can encourage a brighter future. A future of better health, learning and fun, encouragement and hope in making your 2015 goals. As you look at the many opportunities that God has for you in this catalog, don’t forget that the Kroc Center is more than classes and activities. We are a family. You belong to a family that has had great successes; family members who have lost hundreds of pounds; kids who have gained scholarships because of their athletic skills and tutoring given here at Kroc; seniors who have found a home away from home and a chance to give back once again to the generation that is following them. You belong to the Kroc Center community and our prayers, support and encouragement are here for you, as you join us in finding God’s best for your new year.

The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Center is Fun, Fitness, Family, and Faith to all. May God Bless you and give you the peace and hope you need for this new year.

Blessings – Major David Harvey & Major Darlene HarveyCaptain Brenda McCoy
