How to register 1. Pick-up a program enrollment form (youth) or a registration packet (adult team captain) at the front desk or download a printable application at kroccda.org/athleticprograms.html.
2. Return completed program enrollment form or registration packet and payment to The Kroc Center front desk by registration deadline.
3. Attend the coaches/parent or team captain meeting.

AduLT 5 on 5basketball
girls and boys will learn fundamental basketball skills each week, followed by a mini game. Basketball helps children develop confidence and team work that extends beyond the basketball court.
saturDays, may 12–June 9* *no league play May 26
ages: 5–6: 9–10AM ages: 7–8: 10–11AM
each session will include 30 minutes of instruction skills and 25 minutes of a mini game.
Teams will have a minimum of six players and a maximum of eight players. Teams will be formed from individual player registrations. All players participate in each mini game.
Cost: $25 per child each player registers individually.

Parent/Coaches meeting:* Thursday, May 3 at 6PM
This league includes six weeks of league play. The top 4 teams will compete in the tournament on June 3.
sunDays, aPril 15–may 20 tournament Play: sunday, June 3
ages: 18+: 4–6PM Teams will have a minimum of eight players and a maximum of ten players.
Cost: $450 per team* *If one team player is a Kroc Gold Member and is present at time of team registration a 10% gold discount will be applied to the team fee.
