jolt-ca Joint Lung Cancer Trialist’s Coalition Newsletter for Clinical Trial Partners / MAY 2018 TIPS: Please remember to upload eligibility checklist and consent within two business days of completion. Treatment and follow-up information should be entered within 30 days of the visit/end of treatment. Based on feedback from sites, as well as points from our recent audit, we will be conducting training sessions to go through aspects of the trial that are confusing or may need clarification, such as REDCap and the study calendar. Once we have more information, a formal notice of the training will be sent out to all potential participants. If a patient has an SAE per protocol section 11.4, please fill out the SAE form on the Jolt webpage and submit to Sarah Hardee. All deaths need to be reported regardless of relatedness. If there are questions about whether or not something needs to be reported, please contact Sarah. Make sure the eligibility checklist is signed off by the appropriate parties to meet the criteria. Please do not contact IROC for credentialing documentation. Visit the Stablemates website at www.joltca.org.
