    Job Description:Title: Senior Executive - PRODUCTReports to: Product ManagerDepartment: Products

    Job Statement: The job requires incumbent to be responsible for the product planning and executionthroughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer

    requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing andsupport to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The significant part of the jobinvolves day-to-day operations.

    Duties include but are not limited to the following:

    Summary of Primary Responsibilitieso Main priorities will be assisting in the launch of our lead generation campaigns and ensuring

    smooth delivery of campaigns.o To work closely with Product manager and clients to ensure a proper delivery of campaigns.o To work closely on the daily MIS to gather forecasts and thus increasing revenue.o To develop and maintain effective communication with the brand's Product Manager, Support

    staff, development staff and clients.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    Supporting the Campaign Management function to ensure proper tracking of all of Our clientscampaigns to customers, i.e.,:

    o Create, schedule and launch campaigns through an intuitive web interface.o Candidates with direct marketing campaign management experience, with an

    emphasis on technical/analytical skills required to drive campaigns in thetelecom industry will be an added advantage.

    o Excellent communication skills to handle Client interactions & work towardsenhancements of the product for increasing effectiveness of campaigns. Musthave direct client management experience.

    o Excellent organizational skills with ability to operate and be able to work in ateam environment with players from many different departments/clients -superior attention to details

    o Maintaining a macro view of all campaigns touching customers and to analysison a daily basis on key parameters.

    o Providing counsel on opportunities for targeting or better managingcampaigns.

    o Maintaining centralized calendar of all campaigns and client requirements.Job Requirements

    o Engineers a must, with some core marketing experience. MBA would be an asset.o Experience in campaign management is an added advantage.o 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience post engineering will be an advantage.o Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access will be an asset.o Strong presentation skills.o Strong market research and analytical skills.o Strong English verbal and written communication skills.o Ability to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems.o Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityo Detail oriented.o Team player.o Excellent time management and organizational skills.
