2. The job requires acquiring all the clients. After acquiring the job requires to get the maximum share of the realestate business compared to competition.

Job Specification1. Should be able to acquire large number of accounts in terms of quantity.
2. To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitchthe product according to their specifications.
3. To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
4. Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
5. Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
6. Preferably in space selling, online sales B2B, Online Sales and exposure in doing field sales (lead generation,cold calls, demo, closing)
