Proposal promotion of Internet based video lectures

• can be done at bit-rate under 28kbps• live and stored for review

can lecture modules be combined to form courses• students can accumulate credit towards eventual

degree

Finishing School

65,000 plus engineering students in Tamil Nadu graduate each year most not ready to be absorbed in industry

• due to insufficient / poor quality training

high quality finishing school can train these students in 60 to 90 days to make them useful for industry

Can they be Internet based lectures provided to engineering college….
