The fugitive has a record of several escapes from, penal institutions and should be considered armed and dangerous, the F.B.I, reports. Garrison, who uses many aliases, is wanted for unlawful flight to avoid confinement for robbery and is charged with escaping'Aug. 23, from Kilby Prison, Mont- gomery, Ala. The bureau report states that he hai been convicted on charges of robbery, burglary, larceny and murder. The escapee is described as be- ing 5 feet 9& inciies tall, slender build, weight 143 pounds, gray hair, blue eyes and medium complexion. He occasionally dfrinks to excess, can perform complicated arithme- tical problems and has been called a "human adding machine," F.B.I, reports state. A spokesman for the bureau said several persons believe they"have seen a man resembling Garrison in the city recently. The fugitive has a record of several escapes from, penal institutions and should be considered armed and dangerous, the F.B.I, reports.

Garrison, who uses many aliases, is wanted for unlawful flight to avoid confinement for robbery and is charged with escaping'Aug. 23,

CELORON — Vote tabulations in the three-way mayoralty race and trustee posts showed that David Jones, the Republican candidate for mayor, lost to incumbent Floyd F . Young, the Progressive Party candidate by 48 votes.

The Democratic candidate. James Dale, lost by 169 votes. GOP trustee candidates lost to the Pro­gressives by about 50 votes each While tire Democratic candidates lost by more than 100 each.

According to the tabulations, the Democrats, and not the Republic­ans, as reported yesterday in die Post-Journal, ran a poor third.
