InstallingaGFCIthermostatcanbemorecomplicatedthaninstallingaconventionalthermostat.

Makesurethatyouhaveexperiencewiringcircuits,understandbasicwiringprinciplesandtechniques,andcaninterpretwiringdiagrams.Oncecompleted,makesurethatyouhavewiredtheGFCIprotectedthermostatcorrectlythroughthetestbutton.

Getting Started • Warning - Turn Off Power

Turn off the powerbeforecompletinganyelectricalinstallation,locateyourelectricalpanelandfindthebreakerthatprotectsyourin-floorheatingcircuit.Place the breaker in the OFF position.

Confirm the heater is off bydoingthefollowing: -Turnthethermostatallthewayup. -Wait5-10minutes. -Putyourhandonthefloorandmake surenoheatiscomingthrough.

Remove your existing thermostat. If you are unable to confidently identify the heating circuit’s corresponding

breaker/fuse, or are unsure if the power to your heater is off, stop work and call an

electrician to complete the installation.

Attach the In-Floor Temperature Sensor.

Vérifiez que le chauffage est arrêté eneffectuantlesactionssuivantes:
