According to EnTech, air monitoring is occurring at the four air monitoring stations beginning at 6:43 am. The air monitoring station locations are depicted on the Sketch. 7:00 am to 7:35 am One truck enters the site through the gate and the Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25th Avenue. The GC utilizes the excavator to load soil from the northwestern portion of the site onto the truck. Observations:
6:40 am
Four air monitoring stations are set up at perimeter locations specified by the CM, forming a quadrangle around the
anticipated work area. According to EnTech, air monitoring is occurring at the four air monitoring stations
beginning at 6:43 am. The air monitoring station locations are depicted on the Sketch.
7:00 am to 7:35 am
One truck enters the site through the gate and the Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25th Avenue. The GC
utilizes the excavator to load soil from the northwestern portion of the site onto the truck. The trailer is loaded with
soil, the tarp raised over the trailer and exits the site through the Stabilized Construction Entrance and the gate on

25th Avenue. According to the CM, the soil is being transported as “Material Meeting Pa Clean Fill Standard”, and
being transported off-site for final disposal at:
Total Recycling Corp., TRC – Walnut Cut in Danielsville, Pennsylvania (TRC) via Impact Reuse &
Recovery Center in Lyndhurst, New Jersey (IRRC).
Details are provided on the GC-prepared manifests (Attachment A).
7:00 am to 3:00 pm GC utilizing excavator to dig around the piles in the northwestern portion of the site and stockpile the soil. The
stockpiled soil was covered with poly sheeting at the end of the day.
7:00 am to 1:00 pm
Trailers containing gravel enter the site through the gate and the Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25 th
Avenue.
The gravel was dumped in the northern portion of the site on the ramp. GC utilized front end loader and bulldozer
to spread the gravel. A compact roller was used to stabilize the gravel in the ramp area.
7:00 am to 1:00 pm
Trailers containing select fill enter the site through the gate and the Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25 th
Avenue. The select fill was dumped in the southwestern portion of the site. GC utilized bulldozer to spread the
select fill in the area.
7:00 am to 3:30 pm GC installing wooden formwork on the ramp located in the northern portion of the site.
7:10 am to 2:40 pm M and H bending and installing rebar for ramp supports in the eastern portion of the site. Box forms constructed
around installed rebar.
8:00 am to 9:15 am Flatbed trailer containing rebar enters the site through the gate and the Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25
th
Avenue. GC utilizes forklift to unload the rebar in the northern portion of the site.
8:15 am to 2:30 pm JT Cleary preparing king piles for wall installation in the southeast portion of the site in Gravesend Bay.
8:15 am to 3:00 pm Stonebridge utilizing crane to move and position structural steel onto the concrete slab in the northern portion of
the site. Steel beams fastened into place.
9:30 am to 3:00 pm GC utilizing crane to install MSE walls for the ramp in the northern portion of the site.
9:40 to 10:00 am &
12:00 pm to 12:30 pm Site work stops for a work break.
9:45 am to 2:15 pm Presco bending rebar in the northwestern portion of the site.
10:00 am to 10:25 am

1:00 pm to 1:20 pm

utilizes the excavator to load soil from the northwestern portion of the site onto the truck. The trailer is loaded with

General Observations:
According to EnTech, particulate matter and total organic vapors were not detected at concentrations greater than the action levels.
Due to limited vehicle traffic and non-dust generating site conditions, dust suppression was not required to be implemented.
