Observations: Time Stamp Details Time On Site: 7:00 am 7:00 am Four air monitoring stations were set up at perimeter locations by EnTech, forming a quadrangle around the anticipated work area, as specified by the CM. According to EnTech, air monitoring is occurring at the four air monitoring stations beginning at 6:30 am. The air monitoring station locations are depicted on the Sketch. 7:00 am to 2:00 pm Presco installing rebar for the walls of the Con Edison building in the eastern section of the site, and in the western section of the second floor of the main building. 7:00 am to 2:30 pm Solar installing electrical wiring and conduit on the second floor of the main building, and working in the electrical control box room. 7:00 am to 2:00 pm Presco bending rebar on the ramp in the northern section of the site. Presco utilizes a Lull forklift to transport rebar around the site.

Time On Site: 7:00 am

7:00 am Four air monitoring stations were set up at perimeter locations by EnTech, forming a quadrangle around the anticipated work area, as specified by the CM. According to EnTech, air monitoring is occurring at the four air monitoring stations beginning at 6:30 am. The air monitoring station locations are depicted on the Sketch.

7:00 am to 2:00 pm Presco installing rebar for the walls of the Con Edison building in the eastern section of the site, and in the western section of the second floor of the main building.

7:00 am to 2:30 pm Solar installing electrical wiring and conduit on the second floor of the main building, and working in the electrical control box room.

7:00 am to 2:00 pm Presco bending rebar on the ramp in the northern section of the site. Presco utilizes a Lull forklift to transport rebar around the site.

7:00 am to 2:30 pm GC utilizing elevating work platforms to paint the structural steel connections on the ceiling in the northern portion of the second floor of the main building.

7:00 am to 3:15 pm GC installing steel box forms for a wall on the second floor of the main building in the central portion of the site.

7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Stonebridge utilizing two cranes to erect structural steel in the western section of the concrete foundation slab. Stonebridge utilizing a crane in the northern section of the site to install precast walls on the eastern exterior of the main building. Stonebridge utilizing elevating work platforms to bolt structural steel in the central and eastern sections of the main building. Stonebridge welding structural steel throughout the main building and in the southern section of the site. Stonebridge fastening metal sheets onto the roof of the main building in the southern section of the main building. Stonebridge constructing monitoring hoods in the southern section of the site.

7:00 am to 3:00 pm Blue Diamond installing duct work in the central portion of the first floor of the main building.

7:00 am to 3:00 pm Olympic installing piping on the first floor of the main building.

7:00 am to 3:20 pm GC installing wooden forms for the walls of the Con Edison building in the eastern section of the site. GC installing wooden forms in the western and southeastern sections of the second floor of the main building.

7:00 am to 1:30 pm K&M Fire Protection installing sprinkler mains in the eastern section of the first floor of the main building.

8:45 am to 11:00 am A flatbed truck delivering scaffolding materials enters the site through the gate and the Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25th Avenue. A Lull forklift is utilized to unload the scaffolding materials and place them in the western section of the site.

9:00 am to 12:00 pm A flatbed truck delivering lumber and insulating material enters the site through the gate and the Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25th Avenue. A Lull forklift is utilized to unload the materials and place them in the northwestern section of the site.

9:30 am to 10:00 am & 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm

Site work stops for a work break.

12:45 pm to 1:30 pm A flatbed truck delivering precast walls enters the site through the gate and the Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25th Avenue. A crane in the northern section of the site is utilized to unload the materials and place them in the northeastern section of the site.

2:45 pm to 3:20 pm Two concrete trucks enter the site through the gate and the Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25th Avenue. The first truck pours two walls at the Con Edison building and the second truck pours one wall on the ramp in the eastern section of the site.

3:30 pm Site work stops for the day. The concrete truck utilizes the concrete washout station in the northwestern section of the site and exits the site through the gate and the Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25th Avenue. EnTech removes air monitoring stations.

Time Off-Site: 3:30 pm

General Observations:

According to EnTech, particulate matter and total organic vapors were not detected at concentrations greater than the action levels.

The GC was observed implementing dust suppression at the site by wetting down the ground surface with water from the water tank at 7:45 am and 1:10 pm.
