Observations: Time Stamp Details Time On Site: 6:55 am 6:55 am Four air monitoring stations were set up at perimeter locations specified by the CM, forming a quadrangle around the anticipated work area. According to EnTech, air monitoring is occurring at the four air monitoring stations beginning at 6:30 am. The air monitoring station locations are depicted on the Sketch. 7:00 am to 3:15 pm GC installing wooden forms around columns on the deck of the main building in the central section of the site. GC installing and removing wooden forms from around shear walls in eastern section of the site.

Time On Site: 6:55 am

6:55 am Four air monitoring stations were set up at perimeter locations specified by the CM, forming a quadrangle around the anticipated work area. According to EnTech, air monitoring is occurring at the four air monitoring stations beginning at 6:30 am. The air monitoring station locations are depicted on the Sketch.

7:20 am to 3:15 pm

Stonebridge utilizing two cranes to erect structural steel in the western and central sections of the concrete foundation slab. Stonebridge utilizing elevating work platforms to install structural steel after being erected. Stonebridge welding structural steel in the western and southern sections of the site. Stonebridge fastening metal sheets onto the roof of the main building in the central section of the site.

7:00 am to 3:15 pm Presco bending rebar on the ramp in the northern section of the site and installing rebar on the second floor deck of the main building on the central portion of the site. Lull forklift utilized to move rebar.

7:00 am to 3:00 pm Solar installing conduit on the second floor of the main building on the concrete foundation slab.

7:00 am to 3:00 pm Olympic Plumbing installing drainage plumbing in the northern portion of the concrete foundation slab.

7:00 am to 3:00 pm Giaquinto building interior cinder block walls for the main building in the northern section of the concrete foundation slab. Cement mixing and concrete block cutting in the northeastern section of the concrete foundation slab. Giaquinto utilizing a Lull forklift to move materials around the site.

7:00 am to 3:00 pm Blue Diamond installing duct work throughout the first floor of the main building on the concrete slab in the northern section of the site.

7:00 am to 12:00 pm Soil Solutions welding and driving piles in the eastern section of the site.

7:00 am to 2:00 pm GC installing foam insulation on the northern external wall of the main building.

7:30 am to 10:00 am GC applying waterproofing paint to the external masonry in the northwestern portion of the site.

8:00 am to 10:00 am Flatbed truck and trailer carrying scaffolding enters the site through the gate and Stabilized Construction Entrance on 25th Avenue. Lull forklift utilized to unload scaffolding in the eastern section of the site.

9:30 am to 10:00 am & 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm

Site work stops for a work break.

3:30 pm Site work stops for the day. EnTech removes air monitoring stations.

Time Off-Site: 3:30 pm

General Observations:

According to EnTech, particulate matter and total organic vapors were not detected at concentrations greater than the action levels. The GC was observed implementing dust suppression at the site by wetting down the ground surface with water from the water tank truck at 7:30 am and 10:50 am.
